Customer Success

As a customer success intern, you will get collaborate with leading logistics companies to enhance users' experience. You will help to guide users during the onboarding process and be their first point of contact. You play an important role in driving user adoption and growth of the company.

Your objectives

  • Collaborate with users to identify their needs and assess how this can be achieved
  • Build strong relationships with customers and familiarise them with the platform
  • Proactively explore ways to solve problems quickly but also manage expectations
  • Grow your network in maritime logistics

Sales development

As a sales development rep, you will get to know the ins and outs of outbound lead generation for SaaS. You will work on effective lead generation campaigns, build your first sales skills and grow your network in maritime logistics. You play a pivotal role in growing the pipeline, which directly impacts Dockflow's ability to scale.

Your objectives

  • Start your supply chain career miles ahead
  • Build up the pipeline through prospecting, lead generation and social selling
  • Open up new verticals & geographies
  • Grow your network in maritime logistics

Marketing

As a marketing intern, you support the sales pipeline and build up Dockflow’s brand image through digital, inbound and outbound marketing.

You will gain hands-on experience in growth marketing for SaaS and LogTech in an international and vibrant scene.

Your objectives

  • Run experiments to generate inbound leads (Marketing Qualified Leads)
  • Ownership of the social media calendar
  • Assist in creating content to build awareness on Logistics Enablement and the Dockflow platform
  • Prospect to find leads for the outbound pipeline
  • Manage the B2B clients and prospects database to make sure we provide a clean and relevant lead supply to our Sales
  • Perform market and competitor research to develop Dockflow's growth strategy

Software development

As a software engineering intern, you'll dive into the world of maritime logistics software development. Work alongside our engineering team to create innovative solutions that streamline logistics operations.

Your objectives

  • Develop and implement new features for the Dockflow platform, enhancing user experience and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to the maintenance of high code quality standards.
  • Gain insights into software development within the logistics and maritime industry.
  • Debug & fix customer-reported issues that are escalated to 2nd tier technical support

About you

You are eager to discover all the different aspects of a SaaS startup in this broad role. You are very communicative and outgoing.

Customer success

  • You have some background in maritime logistics or supply chain
  • You easily get the hang of new apps and digital tools
  • You are eager to learn about the ins & outs of maritime logistics
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch is a bonus

Marketing

  • You love making a big bang and being hands-on
  • You are fluent in English, and good with words
  • You are always curious about the latest and greatest buzz
  • You are both analytical and creative

Sales development

  • You are eager to expand your network, learn about the ins & outs of maritime logistics and building your first sales skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
  • You are very comfortable networking, talking & listening to new people
